Embracing the Year of the Rabbit as we shift out of the year of the Yang Water Tiger and into the year of the Yin Water Rabbit.
I don’t know about you, but I welcome this calmer, slower, patient and peaceful energy with open arms! In Chinese Astrology, the Rabbit brings hope, peace, and harmony. It is a much gentler energetic expression compared to the Tiger, which means 2023 is a good year to slow down, focus on what is really important, and make resting and self-care a priority.

Something I have been reflecting this morning as I write is;
How can I remain open hearted, in flow with the watery soft energy of the Rabbit whilst still feeling motivated in my forward momentum and strong in your boundaries?
The answer that came was – Habits. My ‘healthy habits’ and ‘dedicated discipline’.
This means simply be committed to my daily practices, such as;
- Moving my body everyday
- Choosing whole food that nourishes me and my energy
- Proritising my rest, sleep and fun
- Being organised, taking intuitive action each day and BELIEVE in myself
As you start the year and return to work, I wish you a year filled with peace, harmony and flow my darlings.
